Suzanne is a native Washingtonian. Suzanne has lived in the City of Falls Church for over twenty years. She has been active since 1976 in real estate in Northern Virginia and DC. Her sales for 2008-2009 exceeded $28 million.
Suzanne knows her way around planning, zoning, building, and design. Suzanne was the chief planner for the award winning Rosslyn- Ballston Corridor in Arlington, head of Joint Development for Metro and head of the Land Use division for Fairfax County. Trained in graduate school as a landscape architect Suzanne brings an incredible design perspective and insight to every transaction, whether it be residential, commercial or investment.
